Privacy notice.
Your information, explained.
How information is handled through TerraVox Communication’s business enquiry, recruitment and website contact routes.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers the TerraVox Communication website and information you choose to share through its contact and application routes. TerraVox is an independent BPO in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Client campaign records and consumer insurance information are separate from these website enquiries.
Business enquiries
The business form asks for your name, work email, company, service interest and project description. Telephone and campaign-interest details are optional. The purpose is to understand your requirements and respond to your enquiry.
A project overview does not need consumer health records, Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, payment information or customer lead lists. These are outside the purpose of this form.
Recruitment information
Role applications ask for contact details, city, education, relevant experience, English communication level, shift availability and a skills introduction. A CV or professional profile link and start-date information are optional. These details relate to assessing your suitability and contacting you about the selected opportunity.
The CNIC number field is optional. It is for recruitment identification; the form does not request an identity-document photograph or scan. A CNIC number is unnecessary in a general business or privacy enquiry.
Entering information does not itself send an application. The form displays the available submission route and its outcome. Form values are not saved in the website’s browser storage or sent to analytics.
Sending information
When you submit a business enquiry or role application, your form details are sent to Google Apps Script and saved in a Google Sheets file used by TerraVox for that enquiry or recruitment purpose. Business enquiries and applications for each role are kept in separate response files. Google processes this information through its services under its applicable terms and privacy practices. A submission identifier helps prevent duplicate records when a request is retried.
The checkbox on a form concerns its stated business or recruitment purpose. It does not authorize unrelated marketing, automated sales calls, marketing texts or consumer insurance solicitation.
Website files, hosting and external services
Fonts, scripts and images are supplied as website files. The website code does not install analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. A hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses and access logs when delivering pages; that processing is separate from form data entered on a page.
Google Maps loads after you select View map. Directions and external profile links open third-party services with their own privacy practices. Read our Cookies & external services notice for the distinction between website code and these services.
Access, retention and your requests
Enquiry and recruitment information is intended for the relevant business or recruitment purpose. The necessary retention of correspondence can depend on that purpose and applicable legal, contractual or regulatory obligations. Telemarketing campaign recordkeeping requirements are separate from website enquiry and application records.
You may contact us to ask about a record you shared, request a correction, or ask for access or deletion. The response depends on the information involved, identity verification where necessary and applicable obligations. An identity-document scan is not needed in an initial request.
Privacy and communication preferences
Email info@terravoxco.com for privacy questions. Include enough context to identify the enquiry or application without sending sensitive identity or health information.
For unwanted calls or marketing messages, see the TCPA & Do Not Call contact options. That page explains how to identify the number and communication concerned.
